TechFiesta ABQ 2014

TechFiesta ABQ 2014 is around the corner! TechFiesta ABQ will be September 5th- 14th. TechFiesta ABQ is 8 days of presentations, panels, and gatherings from the brightest minds in the Albuquerque Tech Community. This event is attended by those working and interested in the technology field to get a big picture view of the future of our industry as well as gain valuable information about thriving in Albuquerque’s current tech culture.      The University of New Mexico’s Computer Science and Electrical and Computer Engineering Departments are getting involved.

Join us during Tech Fiesta week for CS/ECE day.  On September 10th from 1:30pm-5:00pm, the CS and ECE department will be showcasing current research, giving talks about emerging research, and providing information on hiring students. There will also be a Student Poster Competition with cash prizes for the top three winners. Participants will be judged on three categories: Creativity/Innovation, Poster Presentation, and Potential Impact/Commercialization.
